Refund Policy

All SAINT HEAVEN sales are final. 

You can email us to change size/colour (based on availability) if we have not fulfilled your order yet. However, no changes can be made once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

No refunds will be available once the order is confirmed and made.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We do not exchange items unless the original product was incorrectly shipped or defective. We do not accept any other reasons (ie. personal reasons) for exchanges and will not send over a replacement. Please make sure of your items before placing your order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
